Building The Patio...
Establish layout and prep ground for concrete.
Dig the footers.
Place, tamp, and finish the cement.
Fill the footers with cement and install post anchors.
Once the concrete has cured, remove all the forms.
Install posts for patio cover.
Install headers and rafters.
Install posts for handrails.
Install balluster rails.
Install handrail on top of posts.
Install ballusters, securing with 3/8" lag bolts.
Paint or stain handrails and patio cover.
Lay out fountain walls on concrete according to plans.
Chalk lines for the fountain layout.
Using a 3/8" concrete bit, drill holes every 32" (each one centered between chalk lines).
Drive a 16" piece of 3/8" rebar into each hole.
Install blocks and fill with cement.
Install cement caps (to finish off top of blocks).
