Establish layout and prep ground for concrete slab and footers.
Install forms.
Dig holes for footers.
Place, tamp, and finish concrete.
Place concrete in deck footers and install post anchors.
Install 4x4 posts.
Install header.
Install ledger width 3/8" lag bolts.
Install joist hangers and set floor and rim joists.
